The renowned restaurant "Da Mizio"
offers typical Tuscan meat and fish dishes. The wine cellar,
which can be visited, is well supplied with an excellent selection
of Italian wines, with particular attention to those from Tuscany,
not disdaining however, some good wines from international vineyards.
Attention to detail, presentation, traditional regional
recipes with some pleasant innovations, and “daily
specials” are all part of the rich menu offered. During
the year special “weekly themes” are offered based
on one specifically selected ingredient (truffles, porcini mushrooms,
etc.).
